The Healthy Mind Express by Erik Bean is the First Children’s Mental Health Primer. It was created to take readers on a journey that will promote better mental health. Its lessons teach us how to accept Atypicals (neurodiverse) in our culture and embrace meeting their needs. The book is a tool for parents and teachers to help introduce early readers to the idea of mental health and the neurodiversity they will encounter in the world.
