Celebrating is better together, especially when it comes to Shabbat! Help us spread Shabbat joy throughout the summer by volunteering to deliver Shabbat kits to families all over the city.


The Shabbat Mobile will run from 4 PM to 6 PM on the following dates:


• June 11: CSL & Hampstead

• June 18: West Island & Saint Laurent

• July 9: Plateau, Snowdon, CDN 

• July 16: Vaudreuil 

• August 6: CSL, Montreal Ouest, South Shore

• August 13: Westmount, NDG, Sud Ouest 


Volunteering for the Shabbat Mobile:




  • Volunteers will be tasked with making around 10 Shabbat Kit deliveries
  • Kit delivery will take place on each Friday between 4 pm and 6 pm
  • Volunteers will be tasked with picking up kits and Shabbat mobile materials prior to each delivery, including a car decal and a volunteer t-shirt.
  • Volunteers will be tasked with taking pictures and videos of participating families 
  • Limited spots available, first come first served.
  • Volunteers will receive further communications on the Monday prior to the chosen date.


Please note that program and tasks are subject to change depending on current Covid-19 policies and directives.
