Shaindle has worked for nearly 20 years in leadership roles at local social service agencies. Along with her leadership experience she has a strong background in programs, technology and finance. She has an M.B.A. from Walsh College, is a trustee alumnus of the Jewish Women's Foundation and an American Express Leadership Academy Fellow
